Tasting Notes:
This classic Hunter Shiraz was aged for 15 months in French and American
oak barrels. Deep ruby red in colour, with a nose of dark berry fruits,
spicy oak, coconut and cinnamon. Medium to full bodied Shiraz packed with
ripe berry fruit balanced well by fine tannins and good oak handling providing
tight structure and great length of flavour. . Cellar 3 to 7 years. “A
traditional style with a lovely spicy, lifted raspberry nose and ‘bubblegum’
oak. Distinct white pepper characters on the palate, with everything in
seamless balance”
