An elegant and beautifully structured Hunter Shiraz that is approachable
now but will repay handsomely after cellaring.

Tasting Notes:
This is the inaugural release of Tatler's Reserve Shiraz, or as we call
it the "Nonpariel" (without peer). Exeptional growing conditions
and fruit from 2005 allowed us to release this beautiful reserve Shiraz.
The "Nonpariel" will only be released when conditions and fruit
are suitable. Deep ruby red in colour, with a nose and palate of ripe
mulberry and blackberry with hints of vanilla and chocolate, balanced
by savory tannins providing great structure and length. Drinking beautifully
now but will repay careful cellaring.
