Tasting Notes:
100% Hunter Shiraz, drained off skins, fermented in stainless
steel and bottled early to retain freshness of fruit.Pale cherry red
with mixed berry fruit and a spicy toffee apple lift on the nose. A soft and fruity style with loads of sweet berry flavours balanced by a touch of spice. Perfect with Asian or Mediterranean food.
